Full Stack Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced “Full Stack Java Developer”.

A minimum of 2+ years in full stack development, building modern web applications, using the following technologies: Java, Java EE, REST, SOAP, JSON, AJAX

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.Sc is preferred,
• Strong experience in Java and Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in Java EE applications server such as Weblogic or Tomcat, JSF
• Knowledge of MS SQL, Spring MVC, Javascript, Bootstrap, Angular.js, Node.js
• Experience developing or consuming SOAP and/or RESTful web services.
• Knowledge on the complete software development lifecycle,
Good written and oral English communication skills is a must


• Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions,
• Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies,
• Model, design and implement databases as necessary,
• Write and conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the company guidelines,
• Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product,
• Produce software documentation necessary for the application.

Key Account Sales Manager

Key Account Sales Manager (individual contributor) is responsible for selling the our multi-channel marketing platform to mid-market and enterprise companies using a solution sales approach.

Our platfrom, Revotas, allows organizations to increase their marketing effectiveness by tracking and scoring leads, integrating with CRM solutions, and making it easy for them to implement relevant and personalized customer communications across email, mobile, social, mobile and web channels.

As part of the team, you will call on director and senior level marketing and sales professionals and demonstrate the application via remote and in-person meetings.


  • Effectively and independently deliver the our value proposition, demonstrating a basic understanding of our product platforms, email technologies, Internet technologies, etc.
  • Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, our executive introductions
  • Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFP’s
  • Consistently and regularly use our products to demonstrate our product capabilities to potential clients in person or via web
  • Appropriately engage our management and staff in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the our organization
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with the sales management
    Represent our company in a professional and ethical manner to clients, prospects, partners, and our colleagues
    Follow corporate guidelines for travel and other expenses and submit timely and accurate expense reports


  • Minimum of two (2) years successful sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota.
  • Relevant sales experience in the last two years in email (preferred), marketing automation, business, or CRM software.
  • Solution sales experience is a big plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation/demo skills both in person and via phone/web.
  • Experience selling software products and solutions to marketing and sales professionals strongly preferred.
  • Strong cold calling skills.
  • Process and task oriented; very organized and diligent in territory/deal management.
