Java Developer - Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced “Full Stack Java Developer – Team Lead”.

A minimum of 4+ years in java development, building modern web applications, using the following technologies: Core Java, Spring Boot, Vanilla JS, React.

Job Description

  • Technically leading engineering team, delegate tasks to team members and 3rd party vendors, perform code reviews
  • Collaborating with IT team for operations and maintenance of developed software products
  • Designing software architecture in product development projects and defining technologies to be used
  • Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions,
  • Model, design and implement databases as necessary,
  • Write and conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the company guidelines,
  • Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product,
  • Produce software documentation necessary for the application.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, M.Sc is preferred
  • Strong experience in Java and Object Oriented Programming Experience in Java EE applications server such as Tomcat
  • Knowledge of MS SQL, Machine Learning, Big Data, Python is plus
  • Experience developing or consuming SOAP and/or RESTful web services.
  • Solid experience with Vanilla JS, React.js, Node.js is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge on the complete software development lifecycle.

Revotas Orchestration Team

Senior Customer Success Manager

He is included in the management team of the brand and makes monthly meetings and evaluates the situation. Plans strategies that increase the revenue/data of the brand. Offers innovative solutions, guides Revotas Orchestra Team to achieve goals.

Operational Customer Success Manager

Prepares monthly reports and works for the implementation of new projects. It directs Project Manager in periodic projects and works to increase the revenue/data of the brand.

Project Manager

It takes the responsibility of the projects in line with the brand’s strategy, makes the planning, combines all the resources and ensures that they are implemented without any problems.

Account Manager

It implements the projects planned by the Project Manager. It examines the demands received by the brand and produces solutions. It works in coordination with the technical team and monitors the process. Communicates reports to the brand.

Tech Lead

It provides the integration of the brand with Revotas. Answers the brand’s questions by phone, e-mail, ticket method. It provides support like an active employee of the brand.
