8. Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Email Canvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, or discontinue any part of Email Canvas at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
