Challenge

  • The website’s visitor count, new member count, and the conversion of these members into customers were analyzed using Performance Hub, which integrates with Revotas’ systems.
  • By reminding users of the items they left in their shopping carts and suggesting compatible and complementary products, the website successfully converted abandoned carts into purchases. As a result, there was an increase in average cart value.
  • Thanks to the recommendation engine, members were provided with personalized and relevant product suggestions. This enhanced user experience led to an increase in order quantity and cart values
