About Miele

Miele, the worldwide leading supplier of high-end household appliances for kitchen, laundry and floor care, has set out with the philosophy of ‘Always better’ since its establishment in 1899. Miele operates in 47 countries worldwide with its own sales companies and in approximately 50 countries through importers. Miele meets its customers with 3 Miele Experience Centers in Istanbul, 7 Miele Centers across Turkey, nearly 250 sales points and online shops.

Strategy Prepared for Miele

Miele met with Revotas’s counselor team and implemented the following items, in turn, realized all of their expectations.

  • Users visiting shop.miele.com.tr became active members by filling out their membership information. Every shopping of online sales users was included in the system and segments were created in line with these orders. Shoppers were included in different targetings based on order amount and quantity.
  • Miele attaches importance to brand loyalty; created automation schemes that support purchases in different categories and make their loyalty sustainable, encouraging a second purchase.
  • With 8 different automation setups, campaigns were offered to customers for the products they purchased. Among the users who left their shopping unfinished, the reminder basket campaign contributed to the online sales giro.

Result

Thanks to the artificial intelligence-based product recommendation system developed by Revotas, personalized product recommendations were offered to all users visiting the online site.
